You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the onewin support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours on BST. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified MFS account subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.
onewin is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at onewin's sole discretion for anti-fraud and security purposes.

Funds deposited by Players are held in a dedicated account separate from onewin's operational funds. onewin does not earn interest on Player deposits and does not use Player funds for operational purposes. Withdrawals may only be processed to a verified Player account that has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same MFS account used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. onewin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used to fund the account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
onewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotion terms will be communicated via the platform. Bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of a promotion change will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of crediting.
All sports bets placed on onewin are subject to sufficient funds being available in the Player's real-money or bonus balance at the time the bet is confirmed. onewin reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where odds were displayed erroneously, a market was suspended at the time of placement, or the bet is suspected to have been placed using non-public information.
In-play betting markets are subject to live pricing and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets submitted while a market is in the process of being suspended may be declined. Accepted in-play bets are confirmed with a bet ID and will not be reversed unless the bet qualifies for voiding under onewin's standard voiding rules.
A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, a proven pricing error, incomplete event settlement, or where evidence of market manipulation is identified. Void bets are returned to the Player's balance as real-money funds, regardless of the original funding source, at onewin's sole determination.
Cricket betting on onewin covers the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral international series, and domestic Bangladesh cricket. Markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results will be settled on the official result declared by the match referee.
